Lich Miniature – Resin Figure by Yasashii Kyojin Studio

Embrace the Undying: The Ultimate Undead Villain for Your TTRPG Table

Summon dread and awe in equal measure with this masterfully sculpted Lich Miniature from Yasashii Kyojin Studio. Cloaked in flowing robes that defy gravity and brandishing arcane tomes and a screaming skull, this figure captures the raw, corruptive brilliance of one who traded mortality for limitless power.

Every inch of this miniature is crafted to elevate your campaigns—whether you’re casting it as a final boss, a twisted benefactor, or a tortured remnant of a once-noble wizard. From the grimacing mouth frozen in eternal incantation to the levitating pose atop a magical base, the Lich is sculpted for storytelling and terror alike.

Sculpted With Grim Precision

This miniature was created with both narrative depth and painterly detail in mind:

  • Dynamic levitation pose held aloft by arcane force

  • Billowing robes and magical tendrils perfect for gradient shading and dry brushing

  • Open spellbook and raised skull, ideal for those who love to highlight details with washes or OSL (object source lighting) effects

  • Lean, skeletal features and sunken eyes bringing the classic undead archmage aesthetic to life—or unlife

Printed in high-resolution resin, the Lich Miniature is durable and ready for priming, whether you’re aiming for a necrotic green glow or a bone-chilling frost mage look.

Bring the Lich Into Play

This miniature isn’t just for show—it’s a villain’s villain. Insert it into your story in one of the following ways:

  • Boss Fight: Make your party earn that final showdown in a crumbling tower of soul gems and phylacteries.

  • Undead Advisor: Perhaps the Lich is bound to a mortal, offering cryptic advice and cursed blessings.

  • Recurring Nemesis: No one ever really kills a Lich. They always come back.

  • Forgotten Deity: Once a scholar, now worshipped by desperate warlocks.

The possibilities are endless—and terrifying.

From the Crafty Llama Tables

In our home campaign, this Lich appeared as a haunting echo inside an abandoned observatory. Rather than a fight, it offered the players forbidden knowledge—at a price. One player accepted. Another fled. The third tried to cast Counterspell on an apparition.

Now it lingers in the campaign’s background as a semi-ally, a looming threat, and a source of ultimate temptation. No one trusts it—but everyone listens.

The miniature we painted used a spectral white base coat, with vivid purple dry brushing across the robes and glowing green for the skull and book. It’s been our most talked-about villain piece ever since.
