Meet the Ogre Loader
Ogres are known for destruction.
But sometimes… they are used for work.
Deep within the dark fortresses of cruel warlords, inside the slave pits of goblin kings, and beneath the towers of sinister wizards, enormous creatures are often chained into service. Few creatures are better suited to brutal labor than an ogre. With immense strength and little patience for anything delicate, they are often forced to carry impossible burdens through the corridors of underground strongholds.
The Ogre Loader represents that grim role perfectly.
Bent beneath a massive crate, chains gripped tightly in thick hands, this ogre miniature captures a moment of raw physical strain. The crate strapped across its back hints at heavy cargo—perhaps weapons for a goblin army, stolen treasure bound for a tyrant’s vault, or dark magical artifacts transported through hidden tunnels.
This miniature opens up incredible storytelling opportunities on the tabletop. Perhaps the ogre is a prisoner forced into labor by cruel masters. Maybe it is part of a monstrous supply chain feeding an invading army. Or perhaps the crate itself hides something dangerous—something your players absolutely should not open.
However you use it, the Ogre Loader immediately adds life to dungeon environments, siege camps, underground mines, or monster-controlled cities.
Designed with Yasashii Kyojin Studio
This miniature was designed by Yasashii Kyojin Studio, known for creating characterful creatures and dynamic storytelling sculpts.
The Ogre Loader emphasizes weight and posture, showing the creature bent forward under the strain of its cargo. Thick muscle detail, strained facial expression, and gripping chains give the model a sense of motion and effort that painters will love to highlight.
The oversized crate itself provides additional opportunities for hobby creativity. It can be painted as:
• A rough wooden supply crate
• A reinforced dungeon transport box
• A treasure chest container
• A magical prison cage
• A war supply crate filled with weapons
Painters can add weathering effects, rusted chains, blood stains, or glowing arcane runes depending on the campaign setting.

From the Crafty Llama Tables
The party crept through the underground fortress tunnels.
Torchlight flickered along damp stone walls as the sound of heavy footsteps echoed around the corner.
Then came the groaning of wood and metal.
The fighter raised a hand. “Wait.”
A massive shadow turned the corner.
An ogre staggered forward beneath a crate almost the size of a wagon. Chains clattered as it trudged along the corridor, muttering angrily to itself.
The rogue whispered, “Do we fight it?”
The wizard squinted at the crate.
“No,” they said quietly.
“We see what’s inside that box first.”
From within the crate came a faint scratching sound.
Enhance Your TTRPG Adventures
The Ogre Loader miniature is perfect for adding narrative depth to dungeon environments. Instead of just placing monsters in rooms, you can create living systems—supply lines, forced labor, transport creatures, and moving objectives.
Use the Ogre Loader as:
• A supply carrier in a monster fortress
• A chained laborer in a dungeon mine
• A guard transporting dangerous cargo
• A neutral creature the party could free
• A living environmental obstacle during stealth missions
It’s also perfect for story encounters where the players must decide whether to fight, negotiate, or intervene.
Sometimes the most memorable moments at the table aren’t battles—they’re the strange situations players discover along the way.
And nothing sparks curiosity like an ogre carrying a crate that should not be opened.
